Hey while using Ultrawin either through the app or the website you need to agree to the Terms and conditions stated.

Dispute Resolution
Without prejudice to the provisions of the order of appointment of an arbitrator the determination of the parties arising between them or in the relation to the agreement or to the use of the platform’s features shall be settled in an Arbitration tribunal or the relevant law of the authority in which Ultrawin International operates.
